Printing on dark colored t-shirts has always been challenging. Printing with a solid white plastisol underbase makes the shirt feel bullet proof. Another option would be to print your design with a discharge white underbase and it will feel and wear softer. Remember to use the right emulsion when printing discharge inks. Saati DW3 dual cure emulsion will work best.
